As a Nebraska native, I recognize and appreciate the value and trust my clients place in me and hope to surpass their expectations. I obtained my real estate license in 2018 and have happily assisted buyers and sellers with their property needs ever since. I was born and raised in Kearney and love this community. I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2021 with a Bachelors of Business Administration, majoring in finance and minoring in history. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, biking, hunting, fishing, and chess.
As a Nebraska native, Austin recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him. Austin was born and raised in Kearney, Nebraska. He spends his free time golfing, coaching, and being outdoors. Austin attended college at Missouri Western University. Where he was a member of the Men’s golf team for four years and earned degrees in Marketing and Management with a minor in finance. After college graduation, Austin sold property/causality and life insurance at State Farm for two years and soon realized he wanted to be more involved with the home buying or selling experience. There is truly no place like Nebraska and he is proud to call it home. Austin is excited to help real estate buyers and sellers find the property of their dreams.
Jillian Epley was born and raised in Kearney, graduated from Kearney High, and received her Bachelor’s degree from UNK. Jillian and her husband moved away in 2015 for work, but returned to their hometown in 2018 to re-plant their roots. Jillian received her Real Estate License in 2019. Jillian is a strong advocate for Kearney and loves being involved in the community. She is a member of Kearney Area Young Professionals Network. In her free time she enjoys motherhood and coffee, spending time in the community and being with family and friends. Jillian would love to assist you with any of your real estate needs!

Kelli was born and raised in Kearney, she is a graduate of Kearney High School and attended UNK for 2 years before transferring to UNO to study Business Finance. Kelli’s involvement in the community includes the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals Network, Chapter IX PEO, Volunteer at YMCA, Coach for Kearney Soccer Club and is a member of the Methodist Church. Kelli is a Wife, Mother, Socializer, Husker Lifer, and Consumer Engager. She enjoys Interior Decorating as well as Landscaping. Living in Kearney since 1991 I have had the opportunity to watch this wonderful community grow and change. Kearney is by far one of the best places to raise a family! I know this personally as I have two kids out of the house now and a son in high school. My family calls Kearney home and I would love to share with you all of the opportunities available.
I am a 2002 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2005 I started my real estate career as an assistant for Scott Anderson and in 2007 I received my Real Estate License. Scott and I have been working together as a team ever since. We have been the top Producing Team for the last several years. We pride our self on our customer service and can guarantee that with two Realtors working for you we will always be available.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I have three children, Jaron , Maisie and Brennen who all live in Kearney. The real estate market is always changing and I continue to educate myself with up to date classes. I recently my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) which will only help me become an even better Realtor.
I like to stay active in the Kearney community with volunteering. I was honored to be accepted in to the Kearney Leadership Program Class of 27. I am on the foster care review board and also do respite care for foster children. I have also been a Teammate mentor for the past 7 years. I would love to put my experience to work for you.
